Lillie Harris

Exercise has always played a big part in Lillie Harris' life. However, it wasn't until her junior year of college that she was introduced to Exercise Science. While completing her field of study, she interned at a local hospital's cardiac rehab department, and she's been dedicated to the field of cardiac rehab ever since. She shared "I knew I had found my calling to help heart patients discover the importance of exercise and overall cardiovascular health." What does she love most about her Pritikin position? "Helping cardiac rehab programs thrive and providing them with the most up-to-date tools to make sure their patients succeed and have the best outcomes" In addition to her background in Exercise Science, Lillie is also a registered nurse. She has worked and managed both traditional and intensive cardiac rehab programs.
