Saint Louis, MO: Today Pritikin ICR announced their strategic acquisition of Chanl Health and its industry-leading virtual care management platform, aimed at delivering world-class home-based cardiac and intensive cardiac rehab.

As the market leader in intensive cardiac rehab – with more than 230 licensed healthcare providers and a proven curriculum of evidence-based patient education – Pritikin ICR looks forward to leveraging Chanl Health’s provider and patient-facing apps and platforms to bring its clients, and the healthcare marketplace at large, an expanded portfolio of products and services, including comprehensive outpatient, home-based, and hybrid cardiac and intensive cardiac rehab solutions. The combined offerings of Pritikin ICR and Chanl Health will enhance healthcare providers’ ability to treat more patients, promote better access, reduce healthcare disparities, and support progress towards the Million Hearts goal of >70% participation in these underutilized, high-value services.

Terry Rogers, President of Pritikin ICR, stated, “We are excited to be joining forces with Chanl Health. By combining the strengths of our teams, cultures, brands, and services, we are well-positioned to further transform the cardiac rehab and intensive cardiac rehab marketplace.”

Jared Sieling, CEO of Chanl Health, expressed enthusiasm for the future: “Our mission has always been to empower healthcare providers with innovative technology that enhances patient outcomes and expands access to cardiac rehab. By joining forces with Pritikin ICR, we are thrilled to broaden our reach and impact in a way that merges best-in-class clinical protocols with innovative digital solutions. Together, we’re setting a new standard for home-based and hybrid cardiac rehabilitation, helping patients recover and thrive no matter where they are.”
